PHOENIX SPONSORSHIP ($15,000) 

  • Title Sponsorship: Sole “Official Title Sponsor” for ACE Symposium 2025
  • Includes all benefits from the Eagle Sponsorship.
  • Premier Branding: Prominent logo placement across all event materials, online, and in communications.
  • Speaking Role: Keynote speaking slot at the awards ceremony and a dedicated symposium session.
  • Exclusive Features: Inside front covered ad in the program and large exhibit space.

  • Full-Page Ad: In the commemorative program.
  • Tickets: 4 tickets to the symposium.
  • Additional Benefits: Opportunity to host a session, interactive session sponsorship, dedicated email blast, and special recognition during the symposium.

ROADRUNNER SPONSORSHIP ($5,000)

  • Includes all benefits from the Cardinal Sponsorship.
  • Advertisement Upgrade: Half-page color ad in the program.
  • Speaking Opportunity: Address attendees for 5 minutes at reception event.
  • Tickets: 3 tickets to the symposium.
  • Additional Benefits: Interactive session sponsorship, dedicated email blast, recognition in opening/closing remarks, and opportunity to sponsor an award.

CARDINAL SPONSORSHIP ($2,500)

  • Includes all benefits from the Cactus Wren Sponsorship.

HUMMINGBIRD SPONSORSHIP ($500)

  • Acknowledgment: Listed in the commemorative program.
  • Tickets: 1 ticket to the symposium.

Sponsorship for Professional Development and Donations

  • $325 each: Sponsor professional development for members.
  • $325: Donation to ACE.
  • $100: Sponsor raffle items for members.
